Inquiry follows man's death after police search

The death of a man who experienced breathing problems during a police search last night is being investigated by an independent body. The 39-year-old man was one of three people searched in a public car park near Lee Court, Sharrow Vale, High Wycombe under the Misuse of Drugs Act, police said in a statement released today.

Man who died after police search named
THE name of the man who died after experiencing breathing problems during a police search in Wycombe was revealed by the Independent Police Complaints Commission today.
Habib Ullah was taken to hospital by ambulance, where he was later pronounced dead.
Thames Valley Police says the 39-year-old was one of three people searched under the Misuse of Drugs Act in a car park near Sharrow Vale, High Wycombe, on Thursday evening.
The IPCC announced on Friday it will be investigating the case.
It has asked for anyone with information to get in contact, on the freephone number 0800 096 9075, or by email on ullahappeal@ipcc.gsi.gov.uk
