Death Penalty Sought In Mt. Healthy Murder Case

Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for the murder of a Mt. Healthy store owner.
Jerome Dennis, of Colerain Township, is charged with killing Alassane Diallo.
Diallo owned HD & MD Clothing. Police believe the suspect shot him during an attempted robbery.
Dennis remains at large. Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
